Refunds & Exchanges

Jewelry

All jewelry at Beit Barsoum is made to order. Because each piece is handcrafted specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. 

If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@beitbarsoum.com and we will remake or exchange it at no cost to you.

Courses & Workshops

Your seat is reserved exclusively for you, and our classes are kept small. Because of this, course and workshop payments are non-refundable.

If you can no longer attend, let us know as early as possible and we'll open your seat back up to other students. If someone books your spot, we'll refund you in full. If the seat isn't filled, the payment is non-refundable, since it was held for you and kept others from taking it.
