Refunds & Exchanges

Jewelry All jewelry at Beit Barsoum is made to order. Because each piece is handcrafted specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@beitbarsoum.com and we will remake or exchange it at no cost to you.

Courses & Workshops Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the course or event start date will receive a full credit redeemable on any future Beit Barsoum course or event. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start date, or no-shows, are non-refundable. Credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
